Mar called Play Cool Stay Hot, featuring user-generated pictures and cool videos of some of New York City’s finest rocking these dope scarves. Photo uploads work from mobile devices so if you see someone wearing a cool … or hot… scarf, snap a picture (trick) and send it on over!
